We started yesterday off with our MTOA business meeting, then we an aerial group picture taken from a cherry picker, then a picture of our sub group – the First Coast Cruisers. We also had a group picture of pets and owners. We had some seminars, then Social Hour followed by a beach party with required crazy hats – the pictures tell the story. Today was more seminars, followed by our final dinner and awards ceremony. We have met some great new people – my favorite part of the rendezvous, and we attended some interesting seminars. I enjoyed the seminar on moorings, and a double session on the great loop that I dragged Jon to – I have not given up on trying to at least have him commit to a definite “maybe !” We had intended to stay for a couple of days to spend time in town, but there is a front scheduled to come through this weekend so we are planning to get up and going by 6:30 AM tomorrow. It has been a great trip, so until next time, we remain convivially yours !
