Sat. 9-15-12 Hill City South Dakota
Long day yesterday – drove 400 miles with stops including Eaton’s ranch in Wolf Wyoming where Jons mother’s family summered for many years in the 1930’s and 40’s. We then stopped at Devils Tower. Finally pulled in to Hill City about 4:30 PM. We ate dinner in town and were to bed early. Today we started off at Mount Rushmore, then headed for a long drive and walking through the Badlands. Headed back through Wall Drug, then on to Deadwood. Back about 6:00 PM, revived then back to town for dinner.
