Between Mexico and Christmas, we had a Thanksgiving where we spent the day feeding the homeless, then went our friends Fran and Andy's for dinner, hosted a book club meeting and Christmas party, were in the Christmas boat parade, then flew out to Portland Oregon to spend five days with the kids and grand kids. We arrived back home on 12/23/14, had our annual progressive dinner with neighbors, then spent Christmas with Mom and Dutch. 

We have no idea how this crab climbed up 8 feet on our lanai screen but we were very entertained by him (Look at the top of the picture near the center and you will see him )
